In September last year I started a course in ceramics at a local college and I have never looked back! When I was very young my mother took me to ceramics classes (I was a few years younger than the minimum age) but my mother new my ability was high so took me anyway for which I will always be grateful! She new that this was how I communicated and expressed myself and spent a lot of money making sure I could do it, so now I continue what she started by enrolling on the local ceramics course :D I was quite rusty but after one term this are a few of my favourite pieces of stoneware glazed works! On the wheel I know I have a lot to learn but it's such a wonderful ART form that it is worth the time and effort honing skills!
